STUDY JYOTIṢA: NAVAGRAHA KATHĀ
August 13 – September 10, 2026
Living Transmissions of Ancient Archetypes
After a lifetime of study, more than twenty years of consultation and teaching, and the encouragement of my teachers, I’m delighted to share Navagraha Kathā.
Long before the Grahas became objects of technique and prediction, the Ṛṣis knew them through direct cognition. Their stories were preserved and passed from teacher to student through an unbroken oral tradition.
The Grahas are living intelligences. Through the lens of Viṣṇu's Avatāras, animal yonis, and the vidyā preserved in Itihāsa, Purāṇa, and Yoga Śāstra, Ṛṣi Parāśara pointed us toward a deeper relationship with the Grahas, revealing the underlying architecture of our embodied reality.
We will begin with the Grahas, the foundation of Jyotiṣa itself. Navagraha Kathā is intended both for those beginning their study and for seasoned practitioners seeking to deepen their relationship with the Grahas through story, symbolism, and living tradition.
Together, we will explore the stories, symbolism, and living wisdom of the Navagrahas, uncovering their relevance not only within the birth chart, but within the unfolding of our lives—and awakening the same creative intelligence through which they have always been known.
